All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be accepted if the event is cancelled. The show will go on rain or shine.
Thank you for your service! Complimentary tickets will be offered to veterans on Sunday, February 18 free of charge. Please send proof of service via email to [email protected], or show your ID at to a ticketing agent at the entrance. Family and friends are not eligible for this offer.

Our Water Taxi Service connects Museum Park Marina, Herald Plaza and Maurice Gibb Park (a short shuttle ride from the Convention Center and Pride Park). Windward VIP ticket holders receive complimentary water taxi transportation service, and children under 12 ride free with a ticketed adult.
